First 1/2

So I finally signed up for my first half on June 15th...I am sooo excited to be running the American Fork Canyon 1/2. It is to raise funds for cancer patients and being that my grandmother passed away of cancer that is a cause that is near and dear to my heart. So training officially starts tomorrow and I will post along the way how that is going!
